Any purchases made on our online store between 1st Nov 2024 - 31st Dec 2024 are eligible for exchange or return up until 31st Jan 2025. Purchases made from 1st Jan 2025 onward will have 28 days to return.

- Standard Tracked Delivery - 2-3 working day - £3.50 or Free Over £75
- DPD Courier - 1 working days - £6.50

- Standard Tracked - 7-10 working days - $6.95 or Free Over $100.00 USD

- Standard Untracked Delivery - 10-21 working days - £3.50 - £11.00
- Tracked Delivery - 7-14 working day - £9.00 - £15.30
- Fedex Courier - 5-7 working days - £15.00 - £25.00
Some services may not be available for some ROW countries. There may also be additional Duties & VAT charges on your delivery on arrival, which you will be responsible for.

Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, please ensure that:
- The item has been purchased via the MAAREE website.
- The item is returned in its original condition, unworn, with tags still attached.
- The item is safely packed to avoid damage in transit.
- We recommend posting your return at a location that can provide a proof of postage receipt.
- If you choose to organise your own postage, please use an appropriate level of tracking and insurance.
- Keep your proof of postage until your return has been completed.

EXCHANGES
- Free exchanges are available if requested within 28 days of delivery.
- Return labels will be provided to the customer.
RETURNS
- Refunds are available if requested within 28 days of delivery.
- A postage and reprocessing fee of £3.95 will be deducted from the refund.
- The postage and reprocessing fee is waived if the customer chooses to receive a refund onto a gift card.
- Return labels will be provided to the customer.

Our US fulfilment centre is not open over the weekend. When returning parcels, please ensure a service is selected which offers a 'redelivery' option, as parcels that are sent to parcel lockers cannot be retrieved and will be returned to sender.
